About

As a Senior Product Designer at Xero, I work with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, well-crafted experiences for small businesses, accountants and bookkeepers. With over eight years of experience across UX, UI and product design, I take a systems-thinking approach to complex, regulated domains. Most recently, I've led Xero's accessibility programme for Advisor Connect (resolving every audit issue two months ahead of deadline, contributing to Xero's public WCAG 2.1 AA commitment) and unified staff permissions and data access across Xero's practice tools into a single, modern experience, retiring legacy products and moving existing customers across with an effortless transition.

I was also a Designer-in-Residence at Academy Xi, mentoring the next generation of UX and product designers. I hold certifications in Human-Centered Systems Thinking and Human-Centered Service Design (IDEO U), alongside Agile and Scrum accreditations, and I'm always looking to deepen my practice through teaching, learning and collaboration.

Outside of work, I'm probably making coffee, chasing good food, riding bikes on and off road, surfing, holding the backline in a game of football, or nerding out over new tech.
